We provide free delivery on orders over 18 KWD* with Standard Delivery – Global Air (Climate Controlled). Some courier product exclusions may apply.

* Standard Delivery – Global Air (Climate Controlled): 2 KWD delivery fee for orders below 18 KWD.

Timing

We try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All iHerb products are sourced from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Orders are shipped by air freight from our temperature controlled, GMP/IOSS certified warehouses in Saudi Arabia.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. However, some orders may experience longer transit times due to air freight delays, customs clearance holds, or other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb's control.

• Global Air (Climate Controlled): All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at checkout to expedite customs clearance; no additional payments are required upon delivery.

Personal goods imported into Kuwait valued at 100 KWD or less are exempt from customs duties. If a non-DDP shipping option is selected, the shipping carrier may impose other clearance charges. These fees have to be paid to the carrier directly.
