Love these whole food flax crackers. They taste lightly sweet with cinnamon, Lucuma (a vanilla flavor powder), and currants (taste like raisins). I use them for a dessert. A half serving is low carb, high fiber which is great for my low carb diet. I think this would be beneficial for higher carb keto dieters, whole food enthusiasts, and people who want something crispy, sweet, and to fill that cookie craving without the sugar! I eat them for dessert and in meat & cheese platters. They’re a great snack. The bag size is a good package for the price. I’m pleased with the quality ingredient list and I highly recommend!
